Private-label planter development, from sketch to container.

Developing a custom planter with an overseas factory usually means 2 a.m. calls, lost-in-translation specs, and surprises at the port. We built our process to remove all of that: design happens in Arizona, in your time zone, and full-container manufacturing is managed by people who've done it for years.

01

Design

It starts with your brief — a market gap, a trend you want to own, a price point to hit. Our Arizona studio develops concepts using AI-assisted exploration refined by human designers, so you see a wide range of directions fast, then narrow with intent.

02

Co-development

We refine together: proportions, finishes, sizes, packaging. You review against your market knowledge; we advise on what's manufacturable at your target cost. No step moves forward without your sign-off.

03

Sampling

Physical samples produced and shipped to you for approval — color, glaze, weight, feel. We iterate until the sample is exactly what your buyers will see on the shelf.

04

Manufacturing

Full-container production with our established factory partners in China and Vietnam, matched to the material and volume: ceramics, wood, resin, and more. You get one accountable partner instead of a maze of subcontractors.

05

Quality control

Inspections during production and before shipment — against the approved sample, not a vague spec sheet. Problems get caught at the factory, never at your warehouse.

06

Logistics

Export packing engineered for the journey, documentation handled, and shipping arranged to your port or your door — FOB or CIF, on terms that suit your operation.

What this means for your business

Exclusivity. Products developed with you aren't sold to your competitors. Your assortment stays yours.

Speed. Design decisions in days, not weeks of back-and-forth across twelve time zones.

Predictability. Approved samples, staged QC, and honest timelines — the three things that usually go wrong in overseas product development, handled.

Development questions

What importers ask before the first container.

How long does it take to develop a custom planter?

Typically 8–14 weeks from approved brief to approved sample, then 4–8 weeks for full-container production depending on the material and order size. We give you an honest timeline with your quote — and we hit it.

What is the MOQ for custom ceramic planters?

Fully custom OEM designs generally start at one full container per design. Stock-range products can be combined into mixed containers. If your volume is smaller, talk to us anyway — we'll tell you straight what's feasible.

Who owns the design?

You do. Private-label products developed with you are exclusive to you — we don't sell your designs to anyone else, ever.

How do I start?

Send us your brief — a market gap, a trend, a price point, a timeline. A rough idea is enough.
