Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

Planter Happiness is a brand of Sigma Design LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it simple: we collect the minimum needed to do business with you, and we don't sell your information. Ever.

Information we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name and country
  • The type of inquiry and your message

We do not run user accounts, newsletters, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site, and we do not use cookies to track you.

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss potential business
  • Follow up on an ongoing commercial conversation you started

We will not add you to a marketing list, share your details with third parties for their marketing, or use your information for any purpose you didn't ask for.

How form submissions are handled

Our contact form is processed by a third-party form service that delivers your message to us by email. That provider sees the contents of your submission as part of delivering it — the same way an email provider sees the emails it carries. We have no advertising or data-resale relationship with them.

Data retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as the business conversation is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records (generally no more than a few years), then delete it.

International visitors

We work with trade partners worldwide. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message will be received and stored in the US. By submitting the form, you consent to that transfer.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just send a request through the contact form and we'll take care of it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
